BED FLEX PLAN

A perfect starting point if you're injured, have trouble sitting or standing upright, are recovering in bed, or just haven't been active for a long time. Each Bed Flex workout increases flexibility, loosens joints, and strengthens your core muscles to make sitting up easier.

TRY BEDFLEX FREE

CHAIR FORCE PLAN

If you struggle with balance or have trouble standing for long periods, start with Chair Force. While seated in a chair, you'll get your legs and upper body moving with stretches and Dynamic Resistance. You'll be surprised how much you can get your blood pumping without standing!

TRY CHAIRFORCE FREE

STAND STRONG PLAN

Stand Strong focuses on your balance using a chair, while standing, for added stability. This series is based on the techniques used by Arthur Boorman as he transitioned from canes and leg braces to walking unassisted and even running after years of being told he couldn't.

DDPY BEGINNER PLAN

This plan is where you want to start if you're just getting into fitness or have a condition that limits your ability to workout. You'll be able to keep up while also pushing your limits. The DDPY Beginner Plan will strengthen your body and, before long, you'll be ready to move your workouts to the next level.

Think of the Beginner Plan as your personal conditioning program, getting you prepared to move up in ability level. Remember to make the workouts in the plan your own and stay committed!

Don't stop at Beginner! All of our plans are available through the DDPY app or DVDs. You can try them all!

DDPY INTERMEDIATE PLAN

Step it up a notch! The Intermediate Plan will give you a killer workout you CAN do. If you've been a pretty active person or you've completed the Beginner Plan, the Intermediate Plan will provide you with a good challenge. You'll continue to build strength and start to tone those muscles with this plan.

You'll start with the Beginner Plan's core workouts, but you can make them work harder for you by using the challenge positions called out during the Intermediate workouts. About halfway through the Intermediate Plan, you'll be ready to add in new challenges.

The Intermediate Plan will prepare you for more challenging workouts to come. All of our plans are available with through the DDPY app so you can challenge yourself at every level.

DDPY ADVANCED PLAN

Ready for a challenge? The Advanced Plan will push you to your limits, making you stronger, more flexible, and more capable. If you've already completed the Beginner and Intermediate Plans, it's time to move to the next level. The Advanced Plan will pick up the pace and challenge you with some of our personal favorites. This plan is excellent for athletes or anyone who is already in good physical shape.

If the Advanced Plan is right for you than go for it! Remember that all of our plans are available through the DDPY app, along with nutrition recommendations and weekly inspiration.
